- NA The Government intends to solicit from Resintech, Inc. Cherry Hill, NJ on or about 16 April 2002, on a Sole Source basis 150 each Water Demineralization Cartridges, NSN: 4610-01-443-8195, needed to sustain the AN/TPQ-37 Radar Sets. Award will be made with a Firm Fixed Price contract for a Five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Range Quantities. This action is processed on the sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 (a)(1) and 10 USC 2304(c) (1), however, all responsible sources may submi t a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered note 22. Solicitation is expected to be issued on 16 April 2002 and will be posted to the Army Business Opportunities Page.
