- NA Mortuary Services - - Provide supplies and services to include preparation and casketing of the remain of deceased active duty military personnel within the Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri casualty area. The contract is for a Base Period of 12 months and 4 po tential Option Periods of 12 months each. The contract includes taking possession of remains at the place where they are located, transporting them to the Contractor's location for preparation and transporting them thereafter to a place designated by the Contracting Officer. All Bidders must provide a facility where services are to be rendered, and inspections conducted, within a sixty (60) mile radius of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable FSC Code is G001 and the applicable SIC Code is 7261 ($5.0).
