- Description
- Furnish exclusive-use flight services, fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of one light turbine helicopter (Bell 206 BIII or equivalent) in support of U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service fire suppression program. The contractor must hold a current Federal Aviation Administration Air Carrier or Operating Certificate and be certified under 14 CFR Part 133, Rotorcraft External Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft operations. The term of the contract will be 168 days with a guarantee of 200 flight hours beginning approximately June 1, 2002 and ending November 15, 2002 with options to renew for 2 additional years. The work will be based at the Chambers County Airport in Anahuac, TX . Projected solicitation issue date is 4/9/02. The solicitation will be available at this site www.fedbizopps.gov and www.oas.gov/dam.
