- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The goverment intends to award, on a sole-source basis, an order to Honeywell, Inc. for quantity of 100 each SIMOX wafers, Honeywell part number 22018136-006. Specifications are as follows: Diameter: 150mm. Flat length: 57mm. Wafer Thickness: 675 microns +/- 25 microns. Layer structure: 200A surface Si02; 2200A device layer Si; 3800A buried Si02.
