- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to negotiate on sole source basis with Charles D. Fowler, consultant/instructor for the Fall 2002 Executive Development Class. The contractor will provide the following services: Knowledge of the Executive Development Program, collaboration with heads of office in development and designs of the presentations, provide guidance and direction through counseling sessions that relate to the executive core competencies, such as Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven and Business Acumen. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations no later than 10 days after the published date of this announcement. No solicitations will be issued; therefore such request for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. All quotes shall include price(s): FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA number if applicable; business size and payment terms. Quotes will be accepted by facsimile or mail. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted.
