- NAICS Code: 54162 This procurement is for the purchase of a report, analysis, and improvement to an existing computer model. This project shall aim to improve the atmospheric module in Tracking and Analysis Framework by incorporating new source-receptor matrices and a method for easily changing emission scenarios. The contractor shall incorporate new matrices accordingly. The contractor shall amend the module to include the new data. The contractor shall then provide an option to select among alternative matrices. The contractor shall develop brief documentation for each of the alternatives. In addition, the contractor shall characterize the variability in the model output for each alternative selection. The characterization shall include summary statistics and a brief discussion regarding the impact of the model option selection on emission policy ananlysis.
