- REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 11,150 square feet of rentable space and 26 on-site parking spaces in Plano, Texas. Rentable space must yield 9,800 to 9,696 BOMA usable square feet of office space available for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space will be occupied by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All space shall be contiguous; second floor or higher is required. If the office is located on the sixth floor or above, the elevator must be on emergency power. 24-hour access to the space and an elevator shall be available, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. On-site (inside or outside) reserved parking for 26 official vehicles shall be provided with the capability to provide an additional 5 parking spaces over the lease term. Public transportation and parking must e within three blocks of the building. LOCATION: Offered properties must be accessible to major highway arteries. In addition, the space shall be located in surroundings conducive to a professional business area. The delineated area for space to house the FBI?s Plano Resident Agency is as follows: North: 121 West: Tollway South: 190 East: 75 Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4) Common Area Factor(s) for available space 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted and evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
