Description

The project consists of abating lead paint from 24 historical structures located at four different locations on the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. Once abatement is complete, repaint structures to the historical colors. The project is located at four sites spread throughout the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. Site one is at Gold Creek, approx. 80 miles north of Elko, Nevada. Site two is at Paradise Valley, approx. 45 miles north of Winnemucca, Nevada. Site three and four are located approx. 40 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada. NAICS code: 235210. Size Standard: $11.5 Million. Est. start date is 7/01/02 with 60 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set-aside.
