Description

This is Amendment 0001 to the action originally publicized in the FedBizOpps on April 3, 2002 under solicitation number 02-092/CYC. The RFQ will be posted to the National Library of Medicine (NLM) Home Page on the World Wide Web (WWW), after April 19, 2002. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct. It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to procure services to design and conduct projects that will improve access to HIV/AIDS related information by patients, the affected community, their caregivers, and the general public. Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number NLM 02-092/CYC will be issued on or around April 19, 2002. Copies of the RFQ may be obtained (1) by writing to the National Library of Medicine, Office of Acquisitions Management, 8600 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20894, Attn: Cara Y. Calimano, Procurement Technician; (2) by emailing the request to Ms. Calimano at her email address calimaC@mail.nlm.nih.gov; (3) by downloading the RFQ from the National Library of Medicine (NLM) Home Page on the World Wide Web (WWW), after September 28, 2002. The home page URL is http://www.nlm.nih.gov/oam/oam.html (see NLM Small Purchases Simplified Acquisitions). Fax request/response will not be accepted. The period of performance is anticipated to start on or about September 28, 2002 and expire on or about March 31, 2004. All responsible and responsive sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the National Library of Medicine.
