Description

This acquisition is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS Code 811412 and the size standard is $6,000,000.00. It is the declared and acknowledged intention of this solicitation to obtain a complete and effective Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service Program for the Trane steam absorption chillers in Buildings 683 CHI, 686 CHI and 991 CHI; and a limited Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service Program for the Dunham Bush water cooled water chillers in Building 29 CHI and Tecochill gas fire engine driven chillers in Building 27 CHI at the Naval War College, Newport, RI. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and four twelve month options. The Issue date is 23 April 2002 and the Bid Opening date is 23 May 2002. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF CONTRACT.
