Description

NA At this time, a pre-solicitation conference and site visit is anticipated to occur during 29 April – 3 May 02 time frame. At the pre-solicitation conference, the Government will address questions submitted by prospective offeror’s. Prospective offerors are required to provide all questions that they want addressed to Linda-Napolitano@usma.army.mil by noon EST on 22 April 02. Attendance, while not mandatory, is strongly encouraged. The Government will conduct a tour of facilities that will be involved in performance of the requirements. Due to limited space available, prospective offerors shall be limited to four attendees each, and must provide advance notice of their intent to attend to Linda-Napolitano@usma.army.mil not later than 22 April 02. Offerors who do not indicate their intention to attend the preproposal conference may be permitted to attend on a first-come, first-served basis. Remarks, explanations and answers provided by Government representatives before, during and after the pre-solicitation conference and site visit, shall not change or qualify any terms or conditions of the solici tation, when issued.
