Description

The Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) Systems Program Office (SPO) will issue a special document on or about 8 April 2002 that provides the ground rules for conducting the oral presentations in response to RFP F04701-02-R-0003 for the DMSP Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V). RFP F04701-02-R-0003 was released 22 Mar 02. This acquisition is designated as a small business set-aside with a NAICS 541710 with 1000 employees. The new document containing the ground rules for oral presentations along with the entire RFP can be obtained on DMSP World Wide Web at: http://www.losangeles.af.mil/smc/ci/ivv/ivv.html. The proposal receipt date of 22 Apr 2002, with the exception of the Past Performance Volume, which is due 11 Apr 2002, remains unchanged.
