Description

NA SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT ARE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: Harris Heights, Family Housing Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Design/Construction of 70 Senior and Junior Noncommissioned Officer Housing Units. Heating, central air, all equipment and appliances, smoke detectors, telephones, and cable/satellite TV will be inc luded. Work consists of construction of factory built or site built construction of variously configured structures consisting of autoclaved concrete brick or steel frame construction and stucco/brick veneer. Supporting facilities include, driveways, cove red parking, roadways, sidewalks, landscaping, storm drainage, street lighting, utilities and recreational areas. Estimated value is on the low end of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement stated range of ?between $10,000,00 and $25,000,00 0?.
