Description
PR No: ARG01344043503; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Duct Assembly, Air Conditioning and Heating for the KC-135 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN is 1560-01-144-0755 and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are AEQ: 42 each base year and 20 each per Option year. Delivery: FOB Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, Required delivery is 170 Days ARO. Rights Guard and Government furnished Mylar applies for this NSN. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government A Boeing ?Rights Guard? protected Technical data package exists for this NSN. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR Form P42, certification for the use of rights guard Technical Data, must be submitted to: Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VABA (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
