Description

Remove old shingles and reshingle warehouse and oilhouse rools. Re-side warehouse and oilhouse, remove old windows and door, install new windows and door on warehouse. New fascia and soffet on Ranger Station office. Project estimate is between $25,000 and $50,000. Contract time is 90 days. Anticipated start work date is 6/3/02. Technical contact is Andy Wilber, phone number 715-362-1349. A site visit is scheduled for 4/23/02 at the Glidden admin. site beginning at 10:00 a.m. central time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following pertinent documents will be posted in conjunction with this notice: Contractor Return, Specs, Drawings, Location Map, Clauses_T&C, and Wage Decision (Davis-Bacon applies to this project). This is a best value procurement.
