Description: NA Upgrade one Engagement Control Station (ESC) to the Sweep V, Configuration 2+ to meet the needs of Foreign Military Sales case. Raytheon Electronic Systems is the prime contractor and sole source manufacturer possessing the intimate knowledge and experien ce required to upgrade this equipment to the required configuration. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. See Note 22.
