- This acquisition is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. The work includes but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, testing equipment, transportation, permits, licenses, chemicals, and supervision necessary to perform both chemical treatment of condenser, chilled and heating hot water systems and preventive maintenance and repair of automatic feed/bleed equipment in various buildings at the Naval Complex, Newport, Rhode Island. This will be a firm-fixed price/ indefinite quantity contract. The NAICS Code is 56121 and the size standard is $5.0 million. The approximate solicitation release date is 17 April 2002. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view .pdf files, can be downloaded from the Adobe website. The official access to the solicitation is via the Internet. The address is: www.esol.navfac.navy.mil.
