Description: This modification provides the following changes to the original Request for Qualifications (RFQ) dated April 5, 2002. Refer to STEP 1a - WRITTEN TECHNICAL PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS, (iv) Ability to solve logistical issues. Replace "shall not exceed ten (20) pages" with "shall not exceed twenty (20) pages."
