Description

This is an amendment to Solicitation No.: NA1341-02-Q-0298, posted to FedBizOpps on April 1, 2002. The following questions have been posed by the vendors in the marketplace and are responded to herein. A) Question: Is there an electrical power requirement? Response: No. They should be a standard electrical power in use in the USA. B) Question: Is there a requirement for the temperature/RH ramp rate? Response: NO C) Question: What is the CFM and PSI of the compressed air? Response: NIST has standard 100 psi compressed air. D) Question: What is the supply water PSI and Temperature? Response: There is normal cold water from the tap, temperature probably varies with Season. The pressure is probably standard for an office building. E) Question: What type of product will be in the cabinet (thermal load)? Response: Concrete specimens will be in the cabinet. F) Question: Is there maximum overall size for the cabinet? Response: No, but the dimensions were given as a minimum, and are believed to be close to the final value desired. G) Question: What temperature and humidity range do you need to maintain? Response: The range in temperature shall be at least 20 degrees C to 150 degrees C. The range in RH shall be 5 percent to 100 percent. The due date for response to this combined synopsis/solicitation is herby extended from April 11, 2002 to April 17, 2002. Vendors who have submitted a quotation prior to posting this amendment, may wish to amend their quotes and are authorized to do so. ALL vendors shall be required to acknowledge this amendment (No.: 0001) in order to be in compliance. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
