Description
Enhance telephone system comprising a complete digital/analog voice telephone system as a Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange and will be referred to as the "PBX" with attendant console(s). The PBX shall be an upgrade of the existing Nortel Option 81, Release 19 to a Nortel Option 81C with the latest software release available at cutover. Attendant console PCs with monitors and keyboards shall be provided and support automated directory access. Voice Mail, Automated Attendant, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and call detail reporting shall also be provided. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functions must be supported for both trunks and end user devices. The necessary interfaces, to include hardware and software, to support wireless functionality shall be provided. An optional Public Address System is all included. The PBX; Voice Mail/Automated Attendant; ACD; IVR; and VoIP under consideration shall be contracted on the basis of one supplier providing all items in the statement of work as a total system including installation, warranty services, and any follow-on service for the term of the contract. Offerors must be Nortel Authorized GSA Schedule Representatives listed in Nortel's GSA Schedule GS-35F-0140L. The proposal request package will only be available on the Web. The date for receipt of initial proposals is 2:00 PM EDST, May 9, 2002.
