The Office of Diver sity Management's mission is to develop and implement all Diversity Management (DM) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs within the Defense Security Service. The EEO Office provides advice, guidance, technical assistance, and training to superv isors, managers and employees to ensure that DSS maintains a working environment that is free from illegal discrimination and promotes equal opportunity for all people in accordance with federal regulations. The requirement consists of training supervisor s and managers in the areas of DM and EEO in order to develop and maintain a productive work place and an agency with significantly less informal and formal EEO complaints. To meet this goal, the EEO Office requires instructional systems design (ISD) expe rtise and the application of learning technologies for the development of one (1) interactive course encompassing four (4) modules. The training will consist of 5 hours of interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) for the following four modules: ? Understanding and Managing Diversity ? The Federal EEO process/Legal Issues ? Providing Reasonable Accommodations to Persons with Disabilities ? The Alternative Dispute Resolution Process Offeror's are invited to provide written response outlining your capabilities in satisfying the DSS requirement.
