PRON: AX2C0132AX; NSN: 1615-01-117-1132; Quantity: 12 each., Part Number: 114V1031-12 applicable to the (BE) UH-60. Restricted to Boeing Helicopters, (Vendor Code 77272), NOUN: Rod Assy, Strain Geg; Deliveries are F.O.B. ori gin to Texarkana, TX.. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC. SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This in formation cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in o rder to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All respon sible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See Numbered Notes 22, 23, and 26.
