NA . PRON: AX2F0122AX, NSN:1560-01-332-2835, Part Number: 70500-02059-064, Quantity: Min/Max=50/490; YR 1=50 each, YRs2-5=110each, applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana TX.. Required delivery with First Article Te sting is 50 each 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 50 each 210 Days DACA. This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. Co., Cage Code:78286 , and W&G Machine Co. INC., Cage Code:33682. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's pro cedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated a bove. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/c mo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United Stat es.
