Description: NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York requests for quote (RFQ) to award a commercial contract for the effort consisting of Janitorial Services at the Seneca Army Depot Activity, Building # 125, 5786 State Route 96, Romulus, NY. Provide Janitorial S ervice in strict accordance to the frequency and cleaning schedule for a Base Year Contract with four (4) years Option Period. Base Year Contract Period Effective Date: 01 May 02 ? 30 April 2003, Service Area consist of Approx. 4000 Square Feet Area, for a total of (5) Offices, (2) Restrooms, and a Approx 200 Square Feet Area which includes (4) Sinks, (3) Toilets, (1) Urinal, (1) Lunch Area, (1) Large Meeting Room, and (1) Open Work Area. Detailed information for this effort is provided in its entirety o n the USACE Website http://nan.usace.army.mil. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $12.0. All responsible offerors may submit one quote to be considered. The Solicitat ion package will be due back by April 26, 2002 @ 4:00 P.M. New York time.
