Description: On a sole source basis to BAE Systems of Greenlawn, NY, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to issues a firm fixed price modification for the procurement of spare parts under contract N00019-01-C-0271 for the AN/UPX-37 Interrogator Set program. BAE is the sole designer, developer, and original equipment manufacturer (including associated software) of the AN/UPX-37, Interrogator Set including Mode S, Mode 5, and TDE capability.
