Description

The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Refurbishment of the Tennis Courts near the gymnasium building at USCG Training Center Cape May, NJ. Work elements shall include but not be limited to the following: cleaning and preparation of existing tennis court surfaces, water blast as final cleaning to remove all remaining surface residue and allow substrate to thoroughly dry before proceeding to application of the new surface system, removal of all debris. Anticipated awarded contract shall be a Firm Fixed Price Contract consisting of a 30-day performance period. Request for quote shall be issued on or about 27 April 2002. Quote closing date will be on or about 28 May 2002. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Solicitation will only be available via the Internet at the following site: http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (see Internet site: http://ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS is 23499, size standard $28.5mil.
