Description: The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract negotiated sole-source with the Port of Moses Lake, Grant County International Airport, Moses Lake, Washington, for the payment of landing services. The airport can bear the weight and wear of C-17 assault landings, is located near the Larson Drop Zone, and is available for night hours during the summer months. Period of performance begins on 1 Oct 02 for base year plus one option year. The solicitation will be posted via electronic posting system on/about 1 May 02.
