Description

NA 17. PRON: AX2C0159AX, NSN: 6610-00-085-2739, PN: 107500, Quantity 55 each min/ 175 each max, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to New Cumberland PA. Required delivery is 55 each 390 DACA. This item is restricted to Astronautics Corporation of America, 4115 N. Teutonia Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53209. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalificati on requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective e mbassies. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by The Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
