Description: NA This is a sole source to New Mexico State University. The Physical Science Lab of the New Mexico State University is uniquely qualified to accomplish this task. This task will require redesigning the structure of the FITTE model in order to integrate and o ptimize the utilization of MPI protocols. This combination of expertise and knowledge provides a unique capability that is required to accomplish this specific task. Due to the time schedule requirements and the economical considerations of this task, it i s not practical or economically justified to attempt to achieve this capability through a generalized effort.
