Description

NA This project consists of Installation of a 14? x 18? (approximately) pre-cast concrete building to house a 200 KW diesel generator set. Also, included will be a 3,000 gallon double wall fuel tank with associated piping, a leak detection and monitoring sys tem, automatic transfer switch and related electrical work to provide emergency electrical power to the O & M building and for lock operation. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about 29 May 2002 and open on or about 16 July 2002. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. Bidders will be provided a CD ROM at no cost. Interested Bidders must register electronically. THIS ACQUISITION IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. There will be a p rice preference for identified HUBZone small business concerns that comply with the requirements of the solicitation as stipulated in FAR 19.1307.
