Description

NA The Pacific Regional Contracting Office, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF MEDICAL GAS, COMPRESSED AIR AND VACUUM SYSTEMS FOR VARIOUS MILITARY DENTAL CLINICS, HAWAII. The contractor shall provide all labor , supervision, tools, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to maintain and repair the medical gas system during normal and after normal working hours; in accordance with the Statement of Work. PRCO anticipates an award of a firm-fix ed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation. The solicitation will be evaluated based on experience/technical capabilities, past performance and price (2 COPIES OF A WRITTEN PROPOSAL MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH OFFERED PRICE). The anticipated p eriod of performance will be from 6 MAY 02 through September 30, 2002 with four one-year options through September 30, 2006. The NAICS code is 811219 and standard size is $5.09 million. The FSC code is J065. The requirement will be solicited as unrestr icted. For details and Statement of Work, see Request DADA16-02-T-0063. The current contractor is Holden Hospital Supply Inc. 1365 Colburn Street, Honolulu, HI 96817. Current annual price is $220,416.
