Description

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Fencing at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal. The project shall include but is not limited to supplying all plant, labor equipment, supervision and specified material to perform all operations required to complete this project in accordance with the specification and details. The performance period for this project is one basic year and four option years. The minimum guaranteed for the duration of the contract including the basic and options years is $10,000.00. The maximum annual awards are not to exceed $1,500,000.00. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 dollars. Request for proposal procedures will be utilized for this procurement and proposals will be solicited on a firm-fixed price basis. An award will be made without discussion to the best value solicitation received. North American Industry Classification System assigned to this acquisition is 235990. This requirement is RESTRICTED to Mainland Portugal and its territories in accordance with the Bilateral Agreement between Portugal and the United States dated 1995. The RFP will be available for downloading and viewing at Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov on or about May 02. The RFP package will be available on the Internet only. There will be no hard copies of this solicitation issued. The solicitation, plans, specifications, or drawings will not be provided in a printed-paper format; however, the government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government?s best interest. All proposals and other normal documents required for submission, including amendments to the proposal submittal, shall be in paper medium. Those contractors enrolled will be notified automatically of any changes made to the RFP through their e-mail addresses. No telephone request will be accepted.
