- Installation of paint booth, 1 Job. Project involves disassembly of existing paint booth in Bldg 1938, transporting, reassembly and installation of same paint booth to Bldg. 843 into operational/functional condition. Classification code J099 for Base (PKO). Closing date: 27 April 2002. Anticipated Award Date: 12 May 2002. Estimated range-Performance Period: 30 Days ARO. Delivery Date or Period of Performance: 30 Days ARO. NAISC Code: 561790. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
