Description
United States Government The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Seeks Expressions of Interest Requirement: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury, has a San Francisco presence in a lease that is expiring in 2003 and will relocate if consideration of the economics involved and other factors are supportive. OCC is seeking to lease approximately 26,300-32,000 rentable square feet of Class A office space in San Francisco, California. The rentable space must yield between 22,860 and 28,000 contiguous BOMA office usable square feet of space. Location: The building must be located within the following boundaries of San Francisco: Washington Street to the North, The Embarcadero to the East, Folsom Street and 4th Street to the South and Market Street and Kearney Street to the West. Term: Lease term will be for ten (10) years firm with two five (5) year renewal options. Occupancy: Space should be ready for occupancy no later than June 30, 2003. Owners & Authorized Agents: Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following address by April 22, 2002 and should include the following information: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable and usable square footage and rate per rentable and usable square foot 3. Method of measurement for the space 4. Common area factor 5. Date space is available 6. Proposed floor 7. Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
