Description

INDEFINATE QUANTITY CONSTRUCTION TERM CONTRACT, State of Vermont. Provide all necessary labor, material, supervision and equipment for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities throughout the the state of Vermont. This will be an indefinate quantity contract for construction projects ranging from $2,000 to $2.3 million. The Government anticipates making multiple awards, to a maximum of 5, to the offerors who's offer represents the best value to the Government as outlined in the solicitation. Offerors will be asked to submit technical proposals as well as price proposals for the sample project entitled " SSA, Interior Space Alterations, Burlington, VT", estimated cost range between $100,000 and $250,000. One of the awardees will also be awarded this project. The Indefinate Quantity contracts will be for a period of one (1) base year with four (4) option years. This solicitation is open to both large and small business under the Small Business Competetiveness Demonstration Test Program. The NAICS for this procurement is 233320 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. The RFP will be available for issuance on or about May 1, 2002; and will be due on or about May 31, 2002.
