Description: This synopsis modification is to postpone the two group site visit that were scheduled for 20 and 21 February 2002 @ 1300 hours until further notice. The approximate posting of the RFP scheduled for 7 February 2002 and proposal due date 11 March 2002 are also postponed. A second modification to the synopsis will be issued within five (5) days from this date to reschedule all dates of the solicitation.
