Description

Proposals are sought for the construction of the new Detroit Ranger Station office building of approximately 11,400 square feet with associated site work, parking, and access road, and including primary and secondary electrical system, connection to water system. A septic system is also included as a design/build item. The work site is located approximately 51 miles east of Salem, Oregon, on State Highway 22 on the Detroit Ranger Station compound. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is a total HUBZone Small Business Concern Set-Aside. Offers from other than certified HUBZone contractors will not be considered. A site visit and pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 11:00 AM on May 15, 2002, at the work site. All work shall be completed in 330 calendar days. The estimated start work date is July 22, 2002. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 23332. The small business size standard is $27.5 million average annual receipts for the preceding three years. Estimated issue date in FedBizOpps will be April 30, 2002.
