Description

This modification deletes the "in-house" requirement of the driller and geologist, however availabilty of experience remains: PRE-SELECTION CRITERIA will be based on the firm having a minimum of 1) two in-house civil engineers, with at least one of the engineers being a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of LA or hold a temporary permit to practice engineering within Louisiana, and have a minimum of five years experience in geotechnical investigations, 2) one in-house soil technician with a minimum of four years experience in geotechnical investigations, 3) one driller with a minimum of ten years experience in soil investigations, 4) one assistant driller with a minimum of three years experience, 5) one Geologist with a minimum of five years experience in soils classification. This modification also extends the response date to May 3, 2002. 2pm CST.
