- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Technical Library intends to issue an RFP to existing holders of FEDLINK Serials Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) for the replacement of new and renewal FEDLINK subscription services for domestic and foreign serials, publications, and other related services (including options for journal check-in and processing, updating the user's local automated serials control system, check-in labeling, missing issues, and additional reports and electronic data). One base year of services required plus four one-year option periods. Services are used by Federal libraries and information centers nationwide. NAWCWD will only be obligated to the extent of actual services used. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. The anticipated award date is November 2002. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 May 02 and will be available through the 2.0 Contract Competency Homepage at: http://contracts.nawcwd.navy.mil/rfp-nawc.htm. Some portions of the RFP may not be available electronically. It is the offeror's responsibility to contact the Government Representative cited in the RFP (and listed herein) in order to obtain paper copies of those portions of the RFP that are unavailable electronically. All written responses must reference Solicitation number N68936-02-R-0049 and be sent to the attention of Margaret Keen. All responsible sources may submit a request that shall be considered by the agency.
