Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award an ?M? type Supply Purchase Order with Firm Fixed Price Provisions to Systran Corporation, 4126 Linden Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source under Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to obtain: Item (1) QTY Two Fiberxtreme SL100 CMC/VME - A Singe 1.0625GB Data Link Card on a FPDP Port VME Carrier, Shockwave, LC Connectors, PN FHG4-FP4MWB04-00; (2) QTY Two PMC Scramnet+ SC150E Network Interface, Embedded 2MB Memory and Standard Fiber Optic Media 3.3/5 Volt Signaling , PN H-AS-DPMCG02M-20; (3) QTY One Linkxchange LX1500E Switch with 19 inch Rack Mount Enclosure and Power Supply, 2FC, Retimed, Full Speed, SWL, Non-OFC, Dual SC, Laser On/Off Control Port Card , PN FHS2-000000PP-10. Award is sole source, as the parts are required to ensure compatibility. Delivery is required as FOB Destination to Newport, Rhode Island, 60 days after date of contract award. The North American Industry Classification is 334119, 1,000 Employees. This acquisition is sole source to a small business. Estimated RFQ date is 4/18/2002.
