Description: The USDA Forest Service is looking for a source to provide a mental health consultant for the Blackwell Job Corps Center in Laona, Wisconsin. This consultant will also provide mental health training. Place of performance will be at the Blackwell Job Corps Center in Laona, Wisconsin. The Job Corp provides young adults between the ages of 16 to 24 years of age the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employment upon graduation. Solicitation will be for a base year and four (4), one (1) year options. Performance will start on or after July 1, 2002.
