Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F09650-01-Q-0052 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-26. NAICS Code: 235110 size, 500 employees. Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Period of Performance: Service shall begin on or about 03 JUNE 02 THROUGH 02 JUNE 03, WITH POSSIBILITY OF 4 OPTION YEARS. CLIN 0001 ?Non-personal service for a recurring contract for all labor, equipment and material to perform periodic maintenance on the Heating, Ventilation, and Control sustem for Bldg 220 and provide on-call non-recurring maintenance, repair and system balancing service for Bldg 220. Work shall include: (1) Initial maintenance, inspection and system status report on the HVAC system in Bldg 220, (2) periodic maintenance on the HVAC system in Bldg 220,and (3)on-call non-recurring maintenance, repair and system balancing service for Bldg 220.
