Description

NA PRON: AX2F0183AX, NSN: 1680-01-158-5722, PN: 70400-02204-042, Quantity: 210 each min./1010 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACK HAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cu mberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 210 each 315 DACA, first article test report due 198 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 210 each 210 DACA. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date a nnotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complet e, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
