Description: Personal Service contract for the position of Incident Commander of the IC Team for Southern Pine Beetle control should the 2001 epidemic continue through 2002 on the Bankhead and Talladega National Forests. Position requires that you (1) have experience working with the National Incident Command system; (2) have experience in coordination of large scale Southern Pine Beetle detection and suppression programs; (3) have knowledge of Southern Pine Beetle suppression techniques; (4) must have completed the basic National Timbe Sale Cruiser Certification Program; and (5) have supervisory skills.
