Description

Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for a commercial web-based client server property and supply management systems to assist managers in maintaining financial accounting and physical accountability of assets. The property and supply management systems must support generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) as recommended by the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB). The systems must help ensure that the assets are safeguarded, controlled, and used in the manner intended to meet agency mission and programs. The system must comply with the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program (JFMIP) Federal Financial Management Systems Requirements-Inventory Systems Requirements and support the common requirements for all property and supply functions as well as integrate with the financial and accounting systems. This is an "unrestricted" procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $18.0 million. Period of performance is Ju1 01, 2002 through Jun 30, 2003 with four (1) year option periods. Request for RFP 02-01 must be in writing.
