Description

NA Rental of Portable Toilets for various events and locations at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY and within a 25 mile radius. Specific quanties and dates would be identified in individual orders placed against the contract. Quanties for individual orders could range from a requirement of 1 to approximately 250. A Firm Fixed Priced 1 year Requirements Contract and 1 Option Year is anticipated. Subcontracting will not be permitted for this requirement. A response time of 4 to 8 hours est imated for emergency requirements shall be required, and therefore, Contractors must be within a reasonable distance to West Point, NY. The Government anticipates using the Government Purchase Card for some orders that would be less than $2,500.00 and the refore, Contractors must be able to accept payment via Government Credit Card. Requests for copies of this solicidtaion may be faxed to 845-938-4495, attention Kevin M. Niebuhr. Request for Quotes is due on 26 April 2002. All responsible sources may sub mit a quote which will be considered. See Numbered Note 1.
