Description

NA Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price contract for no-personal services to provide Contract and Advisory Assistance in Population Health Management for the period of performance 03 May 2002 through 02 May 2002 at T RICARE Northwest, Healthcare Operations Division, Office of the Lead Agent, Region 11, Tacoma, WA 98431. The contractor shall provide expert opinion, advice, training, and direct assistance to the Chief, Population Health Management, and his/her designee i n the analysis, planning, implementation, deployment, and evaluation of TRICARE Region 11?s Population Health Management Program in accordance with the performance work statement described within the solicitation. The solicitation number is DADA13-02-T-004 4. The NAICS code is 541611 and the size standard is $6.0 million. Telephonic requests will not be honored.
