Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed priced modification to Raytheon Systems Company under contract N00019-00-C-0135. This modification requires an update to the MATLAB-based Telemetry Toolbox, and to support NAVAIR's evaluation of the toolbox. Raytheon Systems Company is the only company possessing the technical and engineering capability to perform this action within the required timeframe.
