Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 9,000 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 7,815 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in 2 Blocks consisting of Block A 3,365 Office Area sq.ft. and Block B 4,450 Office Area sq.ft.. Occupancy date will be FEBRUARY 1, 2003 or sooner. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded on the North by Washington Avenue; on the East by PEGUES DRIVE; on the South by Buchanan Avenue; and on the West by 5th Street. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 11 secure, surfaced parking spaces with expansion for 3 more during the lease for Block B and 6 structured (covered) spaces for Block A. Space offered must have or be able to conform to 4,450 sq ft office area space on the 2nd floor or above for 12 employees for Block B, and 3,365 sq ft office area space on the 2nd floor or above for 10 employees for Block A.
