- This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the RFQ. Quotes are solicited with this notice. No paper copy of the quotation will be issued. This quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-5. The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure the following items: ITEM 0001: Receiver/recorder kit, audio; RF; synthesized; portable; EIA102 analog narrow band compliant; custom ordered for special frequency operating range of 140mhz to 164mhz; c/o synthesized receiver, Pelican case (P/N 1500), and Marantz audio tape recorder (P/N PMD-221); standard accessories: C-90 audio cassette tape, 12VDC power cable with cigarette lighter plug, 110VAC power cable, magnetic mount antenna, operation manual, and field secure tool. Tactical Technologies, Inc. Part Number: Citation 20-Custom. Quantity: 6 each. ITEM 0002: Repeater, audio; 2 watts power output; two channel capability; weather and water resistant; custom ordered for special frequency range of 140mhz to 164mhz - customer required frequencies 151.275 to 156.725mhz; standard accessories: magnetic mount antenna, 10-ft 12VDC power cord w/flying leads, 6-ft 12VDC power w/cigarette lighter plug, & 110vac charger. Tactical Technologies, Inc Part Number: Echo 2W-Custom. Quantity: 6 each. ITEM 0003: Transmitter, audio; synthesized; programmable; Model: Tiny Tot; custom ordered for special frequency operating range of 140mhz to 164mhz; EIA102 analog compliant; single channel; remote 50 OHM flexible wire antenna; internal/external electret microphones; standard accessories: batteries, storage case, software, various power leads, programmable cable, and external microphone; Power Requirements: 6-9VDC. Tactical Technologies, Inc, Part Number: CST-703/V-Custom. Quantity: 6 each. Proposals are requested priced for FOB Destination. The Destination point is Ft. Gillem, Georgia, 30297-5122. The above brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government?s minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. Offeror?s proposing to provide other than the requested item must include specification data sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered item to meet the specifications stated above. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 334220, size standard 750 employees. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
